WTD: iPad 2 or 3

As above really.

It's my mum's birthday in July & I would love to give her an iPad so that she can Face Time the Grandchildren(Aah bless!)

Has to be at least an iPad 2 for Face Time & ideally a 3 with 32GB or better.

Not bothered about the 3G bit
