Well actually I haven't yet. They said they would transfer it to my bank account last week but 1 phone call and 3 emails later and I am still waiting. They are saying I should get it towards the end of the week. It seems the concept of electronic banking and on the day money transfers has escaped Lookers Park Royal. In addition I wrote a letter of complaint to the sales manager detailing the sorry catalogue of events and I never even got a reply!
