Last time I was in the Dealers they offered me these tyres at £154 fitted and balanced, you can get them on ebay for less than £100 each.

I have written about them. They completely stopped my fatty aquaplaning, I thought they were good in the wet.

I bought a car (not a RR) which had Nexens on and they were horrid. |

Had nearly new Nexens 20" on the car since I have had it (5 years, with an 18 month gap when running on Generals 18"), still plenty of tread left on the fronts (although misalignment at the rear destroyed the rears) 60,000 miles on....

I have 2 new Pirelli Scorpions from Dom ready to fit when I need them, not sure whether to try and get 2 more on eBay (slightly worn) or fit a pair of these on the other axle.

Main Dealer fitted 4 of these on our SC before recently selling it to us. I expressed surprise that a MD would put 'budget' tyres on such a car/ had never heard of them. MD explained that many RR customers order them and that their Service Manager recommends them as a high performing, very durable (MD said expect at least 20k mls from them) and good quality all round tyre. I then did some research and whilst reviews can be mixed, the majority of people who use them with an open mind/ without brand snobbery, seem to rate them highly.
