2007 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Buckingham Blue

We use the front ciggie lighter to charge phones (not had an issue) and the rear 12v socket to power a portable fridge box. What I have noticed is that devices in the 12v will keep going even when the car is switched off whereas in the ciggie lighter they switch off with the car. Paul

in regards to the front cigar lighter, when I replace fuse 1 in the boot with 20 or 30, it blows them straight away. any advice?

I use all of them bar the fag lighter in the front.

Centre cubby for phone cable, rear seat pair for the kids tat (dvds and ipod) and the rear 12v for a powered cool box.

Beware plugging in a cool box in the boot and not unplugging it when the car is off. It will flatten the battery pretty quickly. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

I just want to charge my phone, but seems none in the car work. the one in the boot does

5 in mine

Cubby box & boot aren't used often.

Front has an iPod attached. The 2 in the rear are iPad & Blackberry chargers for the kids.

I have fixed the problem, took the one out of the centre consoled and there it was.... a one pence piece and a screw wedged inside.
removed... then replaced the 20 fuse and like magic I can now charge my phone

Front streetfighter (dont use)
Cubby (phone)
Rear 1 (dvd)
Rear 2 (kids ipad/pod)
Boot (cool box/compressor for the tyres)

No rse. Just two lighter holes and a aux in.

Mine is a 2008my, do they not all have 2? There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
