Tata Ferrari

I know that Tata who bought Jaguar and Land Rover off Ford earlier this year for about a £1b . Are asking our government for a hand out of £1b . But have just heard elsewhere the same company are in talks with Fiat to sponsor Ferrari the most costly of the lot.
Am I missing something here Confused

If that is the case i will buy the companies in the FTSE 100 and the govt can lend me the money Evil or Very Mad

I believe the Ferrari sponsership is a done deal
