The buzz may be due to the mechanism becoming sluggish due to build up of dirt/corrosion etc. The lock operates the steering wheel lock and the cable and/or mechanism may need a bit of WD-40 or the likes MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!

I haven't had to do mine yet. I would typically target hinges and sliding surfaces and try to get it into the cable. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
