Driving from Monaco to Switzerland on Tuesday I must have driven over a metal piece on the highway. The right tyre was cut the length of about 5 cm...

This just happened 1KM before San Remo, so took the exit and changed the tyre (lucky I ordered the car with a full size spare wheel!!).

Anyway, stopped at the dealer in Switzerland and ordered a new tyre. Guess what, Continental Switzerland never heard of that type of tyre, 275/40. They tried to check in Germany and it's nowhere to be found

So they called Land Rover Switzerland, where told that no tyres available at the moment

Called myself and gave them 24 hours to come up with a solution!


So, basically those wheels/tyres are factory fitted as an option but you can't get them if you blow one up
