As above really... does anyone have experience of owning a pub and renting it to a tenant? There are a few cheap pubs for sale nearby and I am thinking about buying one and renting out.

Well my idea was to buy the place and then keep it as a pub serving meals and rent it to someone else to run. As its been mentioned the pub trade does seem to be on its knees , and there is loads on the market , hence low ish prices and my interest. I've no experience in the hospitality industry so may be leading myself down the garden path so to speak... MY2010 TDV8 Vogue Ipanema Sand
