TV Sound

My sound cuts out quite often when TV is selected - seems to be reception based, only once while I was stuck in a major jam on M6 was it ok and IIRC the engine was running .... I believe if using entertainment system while engine is off low power mode is used, wonder if boosters are part of this?

Anybody else experience this?

i gather its a digital/hybrid tuner you have...if [like axle says] it cuts out whilst driving then thats normal for a digital signal, analogue used to fade in and out .. ... - .- -.

Stationary, just seems like signal not quite strong enough.

Yea .... Where I live is rural so probably not brilliant for reception anyway .... Is there any way to check signal strength?
