I only run SHELL in my cars unless I have to splash & dash elsewhere.

Many of the large fuel companies have cross-company agreements to supply their 'regular' fuels to one another. For example, I know of a Shell garage that was frequently supplied with either Texaco or BP fuels for the 'regular' grade (the additives were Texacos/BPs respectively). Only the premium (e,g, Optimax) variants were Shell. This works the other way around too, so being loyal to one retailer does not guarantee you are getting their product.

I used to work near a fuel depot near Langley. Most of the fuel comes from the same place, same as windscreens one gets branded with the car manufacturers stamp the others don't. They all arrive in the same place. Personally think the debate is bulls&&t |
