Motoring solicitor recommendation

Having won my appeal today, I can't recommend Bobby Bell highly enough Thumbs Up

He has a genuine interest in motoring, takes the time to understand the case properly, knows his stuff inside out and was able to offer all sorts of advice & options that other 'motoring specialists' couldn't.

My second piece of advice - no matter how right you think you are - always take the improvement course if it's offered - court just isn't worth it, even if you win. In my case 3 days - initial plea that I had to attend in person just to say 'not guilty' & set a date Mad, magistrates trial then Crown Court.

I'll get my costs back (eventually) but I spent the bulk of the money almost a year ago.

Anyway, if faced with court - Bobby Bell is your man.

Careless driving - happened 14 months ago and the thread at that time turned a bit anti-police and I asked for it to be removed.

I think the police in general do a good job and in no way want to be critical.

I was offered an improvement course, but politely declined, Magistrates all but said they agreed with me, but couldn't contradict the police, todays Judge was clear that he thought I was in the right and overturned the Magistrates

A similar thing happened to me, but I defended myself and got it thrown out, the beak wasn't happy with his time being wasted by plod.
But you know that they'll always try and get you back whenever hey can.

I just bought some tinfoil hats for £20 a piece but I will sell them for £5000 it anyone's interested Wink

I think the only thing to worry about is coming across the same officer again as they will remember you and stick to the exact letter of rule(if they remember it) next time but that would be the ejit ones to be honest which are few and far between, most are fair and will understand they can be as wrong about any of us about something's Smile FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

Really, I have been pulled over because of "I didn't like the sound of your engine sir" then there was "there was a robbery but you don't fit the description" followed by "I had to do 70 to catch you sir" only for our friend in blue to go red when I asked how he expected catch me if he was traveling at 50 like me which was the speed limit.
