It's very simple to do it they're just cracked, I took mine off fixed all the cracks and properly repaired the one break by beefing up with epoxy/fibreglass on the rear - screws both in and out were a and finished by spraying them with Simoniz 5 Wheel Steel which was a perfect match in my case although you might want to consider black.
