Hey guys, I know you're both right. It makes complete sense to buy the wheels and tyres as new in this way although I'm waiting for a certain style. As a matter of interest would I need adapters for my 2002 Vogue? I bought the car with Supercharged wheels so don't know whether these are already adapters or larger nuts on the wheels compared to the way it left the factory.

You shouldnt need adaptors just a new set of wheel nuts as the later wheels need a different type of nut as the holes in the later wheels are slightly larger.

Nothing down in London but with relatives due down from Cheshire on Thursday I'm hoping it doesn't get worse but I think they said we would get more later in the week. This time last year we had the barbi out! |

Not quite un-biased. He's just sold you some tyres and he's hardly going to tell you that you could have got better for cheaper off him at this point. That said Michelins are excellent for all round comfort and ride but Pirelli Scorpion Zeros are my fave if you like to "make progress". 07 Supercharged - Still breaking her in! i had nexens on my td6 and rate them ...the only consideration is that the side walls are softer than a conti or michelin so you tend to get more 'flexibility' when going around corners ... ... - .- -.
