I put a new water pump on my 2003 4.4 FF last week and I was doing an inspection today to make sure all was well and to tighten up the belts I replaced and I've found a small coolant leak from one of the push-on pipe connectors.

If you can check you haven't list the o ring inside. They should be a snug fit even with retaining clip removed. I used a bit of Vaseline type stuff to help pub and seal mine when I was removing and replacing. The clip just stops it popping off under pressure. Nice one Rob, I didn't realise there was an o-ring in there. That's maybe gone so I'll drain the system down again and check as I've got a box of o-rings in the garage. |

I wouldn't drain it down. Get a hose clamp and a bung for the rad. Should give you enough time to look for the o ring and save having to re-bleed the system as its a ballache! [img]http://www.fuelly.com/driver/rob2529/range-rover[img/]
