Do you have legal protection cover as part of your insurance cover.
If so use it. Thumbs Up

Doesn't constitute a claim.
I've used it in the past very successfully.
You won't get anywhere with local authority unless you employ a solicitor.
Local protection is the way to go Thumbs Up

Did you get these wheels welded in the past? Seem to remember saying don't do it... Was that the wheels that broke?
Apologies if I have got that wrong.. Thumbs Up Previously..

Wish you well in your quest same happened to the wife's Merc a couple of year ago on paisley rd west , took umpteen photos measurements and such even got a lawyer onto them with no luck in getting anywhere

There claim was because it had not been previously reported they were well within there rights to be given 7 days to rectify the fault

Following week ... Hey presto road re-tarred

I heard of this also, maybe get a mate to report the hole before you make contact with the council. Cheeky but providing they cannot prove anything, tow trucks etc you may have a better chance of winning. Confused 03 4.4 V8 petrol / lpg. 1st of many hopefully. I love my Rangie
