I was having problems with my iPhone 4s today so I switched it off and held in the power button and home button to do a hard reset, after my phone came back on I've lost all my contacts. Does anyone know how to get them back ?
I can only see a restore bit on ITunes that says restore to original settings

Have you previously backed them up to your PC if so you should be able to get them back that way ====================================

Not sure if I have saved them before, all I can see in iTunes is restore to original settings ? Where can I restore to a previous backup

Open up iTunes

Click on the word iTunes scroll down to preferences

A window opens up saying Device preferences move your mouse along to you are on Devices

Click on that and a list of your last backups will appear so just highlight preferably the one before your very last back up and that should bring back your contacts

Right I've now found preferences and can select the last known backup but how do I get it to restore to then ? I've tried double clicking etc ?

With your phone connected just highlight what back up you want and then sync the phone ====================================

I use phonecopy, it backs up all contacts to the cloud, then you can share them with any of your apple gadgets, plus it's free

Now my computer is saying there is not enough memory to do the backup
Need to get a new computer ASAP

Just delete some of the porn off your computer then  ====================================
