The Hybrid TV Tuner was fitted from 08MY onwards and is retro fittable to a 05MY onwards vehicle. It is a straight box swap with the old analogue and then a quick trip to the dealers to code the unit.

Cheers

Possibly, but I can't find reference to it on Microcat.

I could have been installed as a retro fit by a previous owner?!?

Ok just had another look through Microcat and it looks like there are currently only 2 different types of TV tuner still available.

XRA500060 - Analogue tuner from 06MY vehicles
LR014222 - Hybrid Tuner from mid 09MY vehicles

All other tuners have been superceeded.

It looks like 07MY may have been fitted with a hybrid tuner (I can't really tell as the description for all models is Tuner - TV) as it would make sense now that it has been replaced with the tuner from the 09MY.

When I bought my car, a 2007MY, the salesman said it was digital ready.

Never tried it though...
