Fitting the side tubes. The threads in the body required re-cutting, fiddly but not the end of the world. Fitting the tow bar was more time consuming. |

I'm surprised at you having problems fitting the ignitor - I did both sides on mine last year wearing a suit - the pars were delivered to work, so I nipped out at lunchtime and fitted them. I reckon it took no more than 15 minutes a side - and I didn't remove the headlamps to do it. |

I didn't replace the silver ballast that is held on with 3 torx screws - I replaced the actual ignitor cable that runs to a small black box housed within the headlight. |
