Bought a Karcher kit on Ideal World, which lost pressure after a few months. Still waiting in my replacement 6 weeks later.
Customer service is truly shocking and they charge 10p per minute to be told sweet FA!Evil or Very Mad

Their email contact service is equally appalling! Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

Had - 2007 S/C in Stornoway Grey

Why would you need 220 bar for vehicle cleaning unless you're going to have your FFRR repainted Whistle

Well, took my cheap crappy one back to the shop but they don't sell it anymore (wonder why?) so they gave me a refund. I'm now in the same position as the OP - need a jet washer. Don't want to buy Karcher again though, especially as I'm not the only one to have problems. I hate paying for quality only to find out it's crap. At least if you pay crap you're not disappointed.

I have had two Karchers and both leaked at the WATER IN connector. I treat them a bit rough but surely they should be built tough.

My policy recently is avoid: -

Kärcher
Bosch - everything I've bought from them has been sh*te, no idea how they have a good reputation.
Einhell
OK

The list of hardware manufacturers that make cr*p is getting longer, which narrows down my options.

Just bought a cheap MAKITA HW102. Will see how it goes, but all the Makita stuff I've bought has so far been ok.

Nilfisk seems to have a good name

Karcher were good when they first started selling in the UK, but they keep changing brass components with plastic parts and they last as long as an ice cream cone on a hot summer day

What ever make you choose always connect the inlet and outlet hoses and flush through to clear any air pockets before starting.

Am I right in thinking this is just the power wash unit and you need to buy/already have the engine unit to attach it to? Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue
