Mark 4 satnav instructions.

Would anyone be able to point me in the direction of a set of Operating Instructions for a Mark 4 sat nav system, non-touch screen, please?

I've also been struggling with counter intuity.

Here's one from the M5 board which I think will be the same. Not read it myself yet though.

Downloads fine, but my Adobe reader X says there is a problem and that the file has been damaged and cannot be repaired...........
