Due to some massive stupidity from me I need a rear spoiler and brake light - anyone got one?

If not I'll be trawling eBay etc so can anyone confirm that they are all the same - lhd/rhd and what year from and too will suit my 2007.

I'm sure you're all curious but lets just say if you drive off without putting the bolts back at about 60mph on the motorway it flies off in the process severing all the wires and it doesn't matter how fast you get on the hard shoulder and run back a truck will run it over and destroy it  Geoff

They should all fit.

New lights are IIRC £60 from dan mind and not sure about the spoiler.

Did someone take it off and stand on it or catch something in the garage with it??

at least I saved £100 getting a new motor - i was fitting the replacement seal as detailed in the Wiki, feeling quite pleased with myself that I got the inside trim off without breaking any clips./ I reckon between £200 and £400 to get the spoiler sorted out - DOH  Geoff

Geoff i have quite a few in stock pal... With or without camera? What colour etc... (at least you wont need to shell out on the bolts )

I picked up the broken spoiler it was on the hard shoulder by the time I got there, the thing I am missing now is the light - it was smashed to bits, camera seems OK - I just ordered a spoiler on eBay (wrong colour so will need spraying but only £39 inc postage) and yes I do have the bolts
So if you've got a camera or a spoiler in Rimini PM me with prices etc.

Geoff, you took enough stick from me after the plain trip my friend... ...

Just a thought, if you had the usual issues with a grainy camera, you might want to think about a 2009> spoiler/camera upgrade if needing to get one painted and at least some good will have come out of this...

The spoiler I have ordered on eBay is a 2012, it was advertised as incomplete. I checked with the seller and he said only the brake light was missing, I was actually more concerned about the metal subframe being there as mine is now a funny shape . He didn't mention the camera (i didn't ask) but if it comes with it then that indeed will be a bonus
BTW
i've got the spoiler back on, sort of but it's truly, royally , however I repaired all the wiring and both camera and brake light still work, but camera case is cracked and the brake light now has red tape where the lens was. Obviously the good news is the rear wiper doesn't leak anymore - which is where I came in

And my sense of humour has recovered  Geoff

Now for the bad news Geoff, the camera in yours won't fit a 2012 spoiler my friend... They fit in a different place and in a different shaped hole...

I'll have to see what comes and then get it sorted. I take it the spoiler itself will fit though and it's just the camera.
I did get a third party camera, might be time to try and graft that into place - we'll see  Geoff
