Probably a follow-up/support vehicle as its only an SE (and hence no heated rear seats for her maj's bum ... Ok for the peons though!!)

As above and if you look about there was a picture of liz in a similar vehicle as ones like this are often used to shuttle them around estates but when not there get used by the pheasants Wink for their running around as they don't need armouring or the like the TD6 was good for it. FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's
