His bosses and the HR department should be sacked for handling his case so badly. How on earth could they reach a conclusion that there had been no misconduct! He is right to claim compensation from the Police for losing his job in the way he did, but he should have been dismissed in the first place! .

The guy behaved like a thug, he should have been sacked for conduct unbecoming of his role, he should also have to pay for the damage he caused, brave men lose die and limbs serving their country with distinction and get nowhere near 6 figures in compo, he should be ashamed of himself for letting us all down.
