Just looked at a 2012 Vogue SE and it has a light scratch on the nav screen, is there a repair process for this? Its £3600+ vat from LR to replace the unit

If you haven't bought it yet, I wouldn't worry, either get them to drop 4K off the price & take it as is, or tell them to fix it before you'll buy it

The car is Vogue SE with 12k on it, its 10 months old and I think / thought I was getting a bargain at £54k. The stealer has basically said to me take it or leave it If its repairable I want the car[/img]

Depends on what extra's it has as to whether it's a bargain, but sounds about the right price if in 1st class condition.

If you can live with the scratch, I'd barter, but go in with a last & final offer or walk away. Many owners wouldn't want to have that on a year old car, so if you ever sell, you can guarantee someone will want to knock off the replacement cost !

As Stan says, looks quite deep to get rid of entirely & even then you'd have to polish off a lot of the screen surface
