Whilst looks wise the 2014 SSRR seems to be a more cohesive design effort I would want to have one for a weeks test drive before committing. I had a current SSRR while my FFRR was waiting for a back order part and the ride quality was awful, the steering was heavy to give the impression of agility and it felt claustrophobic. I couldn't wait to get rid.Oh and the interior quality especially the leather was several levels below and it was an Autobiography model too. 2019 D5 HSE Lux SDV6 Indus

that seems to keep the pricing about the same gap then ??? There's probably already about 20K or so difference between a like for like Sport & Proper RR.

If they can close the price gap they will do. IMO as above its not worth the downgrade.

Wraparound lights are obviously a Range Rover identifier now.

exactly! and one of the worst things IMO is the ridiculously wide track, along with the laughable wheelarches, it looks like a sportspack mini! |

As much as I would love a new Range Rover given entry price for the L405 of 160k euro for the Vogue and the fact that annual road tax is 2300 euro for the existing 4.4 tdv8 I will definetly look at the sport. If it drives as well as my existing 2008 then I would be severely tempted as road tax is lower along with price. Present :2008 TDV8 HSE

presumably the road tax would be the same though if the new sport has the 4.4 V8 ? |

Yes but I'm thinking the 3.0 litre annual road tax is a steal at 1260 |

if you can afford a l405 or new RRS then the annual road tax shouldnt matter.. |
