Just a quick recommendation for Lloyds Carlisle's service department. My 57 FFRR had an alternator failure and was trailered from Manchester to Carlisle without complaint. Lloyds then shipped an Evoque courtesy car down on a low loader for the duration which was much appreciated as the LR warranty only provides for a standard car on >5yo vehicles.

During my ownership, I have had some EGR valve problems which unfortunatley seemed to clear themselves just before the dealer saw it...... Usual type of electronic fault. Lloyds insisted on keeping the car until it faulted again and repaired the issue once it did. Excellent service is rare in the motor industry, but a great job.

At the end they returned my car all of the way back down to Preston and collected the Evoque.
