I have for sale on eBay a brand new Range Rover ACM. The part number is LR004806 and would normally cost you £313 inc VAT from your local friendly dealer. The official Land Rover party line is that this is for 07 - 09MY vehicles, however this does work on both the 05 & 06MY vehicles fitted with the touchscreen Nav system.

It comes with a very comprehensive set of installation instructions that mean it is a very easy DIY job. The only tools required are a 8mm spanner to disconnect the battery, a T20 star bit, a cross head screwdriver, a 4mm drill bit and a 20mm hole cutter for cable routing.

All that is required is to drop out the glovebox lining to access the MOST gateway connectors. If you are installing this kit into a 05 or 06MY vehicle you need to remove a couple of extra trim panels, but this is still a very easy job. All in all it took me an hour to fit this system into my 06MY. There is no wiring modification required, it is only plug and play and uses the CD changer input.
