Right we need to make a decision on this today.

I personally don't think there are enough members available to make it a decent enough meet some are only available Saturday and others on the Sunday so I propose we cancel until later in the year.

I can still make both days but your probably right John perhaps arranging a spring/ summer date might make more sense especially with all this Censored *y weather just now and also might attract a bigger turn out Thumbs Up
