2002 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Epsom Green

Switch off

When you lock up the Rangy, it takes around 15 mins to fully shut down.

If you leave the Rangy unlocked, does it stay active or is there a time period
before it shuts everything down? 2002 Vogue Epsom Green with Ivory Leather.

It will still take 15-20 minutes until it goes to sleep

Cheers for that.

I left it for the last 2 weeks unlocked while I'm offshore (very safe in the highlands)
and the battery is flat so was wondering whether anything was still live when you leave
it unlocked.

I guess I have some battery drainage somewhere. 2002 Vogue Epsom Green with Ivory Leather.

I leave mine unlocked all he time, never been an issue for me and never had a flat battery . 2008 MY Supercharged

and no ugly kid windows.

I never lock mine whilst its in the garage or yard and no problems with the battery. Sounds like you are either due a new battery of you have a drain somewhere

If you have left it unlocked before i would guess at new battery needed.

Yep, I think a new battery is next. I've only had the car a month and even though
the guy said it had a new battery, he has been less than truthful on a few other things
so it would be a good next step. 2002 Vogue Epsom Green with Ivory Leather.

Drainage should be a lot less if the doors are unlocked due to the fact that the alarm isn't monitoring and using power.
