Hi guys I've just changed some interior lights and I have no lights whatsoever in the tailgate or boot space I've had a look through the manual and checked the reccomended fuses but I can't find anything I also don't have any number plate lights and I've just noticed that my sunroof now won't auto close
Please someone help!!! F**K IT you only live once

What type did you change them for, sounds like you have shorted out a connection
Which is very easy when putting the reflector cover back on them

There are no fuses for the rear boot lights so you have to lock the car and retry in 30 mins
If still no good disconnect battery for ten mins and try that RANGE ROVER 04 TD6

Jr :- I changed the lights for LED's working fine in the passenger cabin just not in the tailgate, will give your suggestion a try

Stan :- I have the same thoughts as you I may need to sift through all the fuses one by one ?? F**K IT you only live once

as JR said you might have caused some fuses to blow when doing the lights. ... - .- -.

Have you got bulbs in correct way as they are polarity sensitive. Do old bulbs still work? Present :2008 TDV8 HSE

Have you tried closing and opening the tailgate?

Googsy :- yea got them round the correct way also not changed the festoon in the boot itself but that light isn't working that's how I know there's something wrong F**K IT you only live once

The luggage space light and the tailgate lights are switched by a switch incorporated in the tailgate lock, it serves nothing else.
If you remove the luggage space light, determine which connection is the earth and earth it with a piece of wire to a luggage tie down loop on the boot floor your lights may light up.
Close the tailgate and open before doing this.
