Car cover for an L322

Can anyone tell me where I can get a winter cover to fit over my full fat? I mean the type that comes right down to axle level. I heard you can get ones which have a soft lining on the inside to protect the paintwork and glass. Anyone know who makes them and how much they roughly cost?
