Can it be used as a conditioner (the Ctek).

For example, get home, plug it in overnight, nice fully charged battery in the morning, even with Park Heat ? .

Yes, they're both conditioners. Have examples of both - CTEK seems to be better at bringing dead batteries back to life and also switches back to charge and not standby if the power goes off and on, but you can't argue with £13.99. The CTEK doesn't say "Ultimate Speed" on it either.

The CTEK is definitely better but the Lidl one is excellent for the money.
