Anyone play an instrument?

Used to play the drums 30 years ago - badly.

I quit when I was a kid because I was sick of lugging them around and having no where to practice. I was also sick of the crappy kit I had.

Anyway, spin on 30 years and I can have a drum room where I leave the kit set up, and I can now afford the kit I want - just bought one on ebay that I pick up next month. It's a Gretsch kit (for those who know) but the same sizes as John Bonham used (more or less), so I should sound as good as John Bonham - right. Laughing

Anyone else play anything - guitar, bass, trumpet, pink oboe?

I thought there'd be some interesting replies to this thread. We should start a band, although I'll be way down the list when picking a drummer.

How about 'The Full Fats'?

I'm always curious what other drummers beat theirs with. Cool
