MOT due next month on my 2004 L322 and 2 of the tyres are bordering illegal, with the other 2 having 4-5mm tread left. I'm going to replace all four tyres before the MOT, but before I do, I've been considering upgrading to 20" wheels and wondered what the consensus is on these:-

sport wheels do fit onto the fullfat...i had 20'' y spoke types on my td6...the only criteria is to get tyres that have nearly the same overall circumference... ... - .- -.

I think the point is the tyres go with the wheels in this offer and they are 275 40 20.

Thanks for that - I didn't know about the Overfinch deals. One to bear in mind. The Michelin tyres on the ebay deal retail at over £200 each, hence my keen interest at £900 for the whole set, including the alloys. But I am also very interested in the overall "look" of this alloy on the RR, compared to the stock 19" that I currently have. Cheers Greg Go ahead punk, make my day........ Previous vehicles:- Far too many to list (in excess of 45!) |

No worries... Just bare in mind the 22's do look considerably bigger than 20's and with Sport tyres the 20's will look smaller still...
