Bit of an occasion today

So, having made the decision to keep the old girl another year at least, was idly musing along today when I glanced down at the dash. Stopped and took a photo.

That definitely makes it a keeper now. Mr. Green

Strange you should ask. About 2 months back I had Dan send me a new seat base foam 'cos it was a bit saggy. All good now. Thumbs Up

Googsy, seat base was about a 2 hour job. Worst bit is all the fiddly little split rings which hold on the covers. You really need a special tool which would take an hour off the job time. I fiddled with 2 pairs of pliers which was a bit of a ball-ache.

Worth doing though, much more comfy now. Thumbs Up

LOL, that's low, mainly 'cos we've been out with the Tintent. It's normally around 30. But, I don't live in a city, or a town come to that. I live in a village which is 1 mile form the motorway so most of my journeys are in top gear once I leave the village.

If I do my works run, about 130 miles of motorway with 4 miles of A roads, at works speeds you understand Wink - well there's no point in getting tickets on works time is there....so pottering down the motorway it has been known to turn in high 30's.
