United Kingdom 2004 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Oslo Blue

Would love one but would have to be the tourer. What are real world fuel/running costs? A lad I work with had an M6 an it was epic even though it look awfull! [img]http://www.fuelly.com/driver/rob2529/range-rover[img/]

Hi,

I got 23mpg on the motorway, doing about 80 for 100 miles and its been averaging 17mpg around town. So not too bad for a 5 litre v10!! Certainly better than my 4.2sc.

Paul.

United Kingdom 2005 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Java Black

paul!

that looks booooooooooooooooooootiful. did you do much research before taking the plunge? did the dct gearbox faliure rate not scare you slightly.

been eyeing these up myself for the next 6 months atleast - want to experience it and say owned one since everyone has stopped making stuff like this.

idea of synthetic sound run through speakers of a car makes my spine shiverr.

this one seemed like a good example to me - (my preferred colour)

Wish the one Gaz had was silver id probably have snapped it up because its spotless but ive never ever been a fan of blue - looks great in the pics but just personal preference.

Hi,

I did my research, took me about 2 weeks to find the right car. The smg issues are around the 2005/early 2006 models. After that, most of the issues were ironed out. Go for a car with a BMW warranty though if you can!

For those of you who said you wanted an M5......I'm thinking of selling mine now - I've started doing a lot more miles and I cant justify the cost of fuel. I'm going to go for some sort of oil burner next!

Mines a very nice example with low mileage and a BMW fully comp extended warranty!

any interest, then let me know Smile

Paul.

Scotland 2017 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Loire Blue

I did consider an M5 before I went for the SC, but the (similarly) poor fuel consumption and the ridiculously small tank on the M5 would mean even more trips to the pumps! Whistle Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue
Had- 2008 TDV8 Vogue SE in Java black
Had - 2007 S/C in Stornoway Grey

I'm looking for around £19250ono , which includes 9 months BMW Extended warranty for piece of mind. This is fully transferrable.

The car is fully serviced and isnt due another oil change for 15k miles. Everything is up to date, new tyres etc.

brief spec:

M5 5.0 Litre V10, 500bhp
Sapphire black (pic of the car is above)
Cream Leather
19" alloys
41k miles
Warranty
Full stamps in service book.
New tyres
Active electric seats(active seat bolsters)
Head Up Display
Sat Nav
auto assist headlights
Cruise control
Premium audio system
Push Button start

Probably lots more that I've forgotten. I'll start a new thread if there is any interest on here.

Cheers,

paul.
