TD6 - front pad fitment and wear indicator

Need to order some front pads for my 2003 TD6 and will get new wear indicator too, are all TD6 front pads the same size? (Read the post on here with 2 different size pads on a guys TDV8). Also, how many wear indicators will I need for the front in total?

And going to use ECP as few discount codes floating around, are Pagid fairly good?

There are two different pads for your TD6, make sure you order the correct ones

Have bit the bullet and put my faith in ECP's 'enter your reg' system and ordered front Pagid pads @£33, plus front wear sensor (just in case) and copper grease and brake cleaner.

My MOT advisory also mention a front brake pipe deterioration, best to get this from LR themselves?
Cheers

Actually there is only one pad for the 2002-05 TD6 - there is another pad for the 2006 TD6, tho.

Have your parts guy show you a diagram of the pads. Yours have the T-shaped tabs at the ends while the 2006 pads (which are the same in the D3 and RRS TDV6) have stright tabs at both ends.

And from what I gathered, one person f@cked up and wrote very confusing descriptions in the parts catalog and everyone else copied the catalog description off this idiot. So there are lots of wrong pads being shipped out. Ask me how I know. Rolling Eyes

I did wonder because I ordered some pads from Duckworths and he didn't ask which ones.

They fitted btw.

...on the receiving end, yup. Twice. Because I'd forgotten over the life span of a set of pads. Big Cry

Actually, all L322 calipers (both diesel and petrol) are the same from 02-04 and poss into 05 - I'd have to check on the petrol, the TD6 calipers didn't change until 06.
