Every TDV8 should have it from the factory, especially in any country where the temps can be quite low as the TDV8 needs the help to warm up may not have come with the park heat function but its a doddle to enable isnt it FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

You have to differentiate: every diesel FFRR has a FBH. They are used as auxiliary heaters to augment the cabin heat on cold days because the diesel is so durned efficient that there is almost no waste heat You can not pre-heat with this tho. Unless you enable the 'Park heat' function. Which yes, now is a doddle to activate... But 'Park Heat' was an option - and not inexpensive given what LR actually 'added' to the vehicle... RRC 2Dr, RRC 4Dr, P38, and 2 L322s (wife thinks I'm nuts - prob right, too) |

Yes, that would be another disadvantage. Do you have timed heat in the menu? RRC 2Dr, RRC 4Dr, P38, and 2 L322s (wife thinks I'm nuts - prob right, too) |

Ok, i know that all diesels have the FBH, but the remote was an option, how do i tell if this is installed and they have just lost the remote, or if it does not; and never did have the receiver fitted? |
