Can't say that I'm impressed...

.. With RAC Allcomms. I've sent Storey emails regarding programming the FBH function. At first, he didn't reply so after sending a second one, he said:

"Sorry I could not follow up with this. I will not be able to get to this issue any time in the near future. The end of the year is already packed full of all sorts of responsibilities.

Let me know if you have any more questions.
Thanks"

This is the guy that was always going to be constantly updating the software. I've not seen any additional functions since owning this tool. I'm beginning to regret buying this cable. It took an age to get it to work on my laptop and his emails at the time weren't providing any solutions. I sorted it myself in the end to enable communication with the vehicle. 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded

I have to agree, not very good service at all.
The promised upgrades have simply not materialised due to Storeys apparent "other commitments".
Can't see this product going any further unless he takes it seriously.

You might have to bite the bullet and switch to IID. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!

Totally agree. When Dan_uk_?? Was here and had a first release with all the bells and whistles while development was ongoing it looked and sounded like the tool to have (IID wasn't around then) due to the price. I would rather have the IID now but cost is a bit high for me. All that being said he RAC is very good at what it does. If you don't want extra help with things it's ace. If you need extra help like we have seen here recently the guys at GAP are hands down the best! If the IID had a laptop interface to allow the pixel issue to be removed it would be hands down my choice. [img]http://www.fuelly.com/driver/rob2529/range-rover[img/]

Have to agree. Storey seems to have gone off the boil (actually from the moment I bought my cable @ 18 months ago!) and when his 2nd child was born.

Maybe he bought a Ford Explorer ? .

I'm tempted to reply and tell him where to stick it, but professionalism prevents me from doing this! 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded

storey seems to have other commitments and the chinese copys to contend with....any product like this relies on tech support of which storey has given very little, but the IIDTool is the complete opposite with fantastic personnel backup.... ... - .- -.
