True I remember when i was a boy one of my neighbours had a White Cortina 1600E and i thought that was cool. And my Dad nearly bought a White Triumph Stag! I guess that was the early 70s bling then

I can see why someone would go for a matt black RR, sort of. Look at the new Focus RS500 that is the same... they are for poeple who want to have a "stealth" car. Like when you are 7 and want to fly a stealth fighter.

I'm told it does. Its basically a very large sheet of vinyl. If anything, it will preserve the original paint perfectly. You only have to look at ex-company vans that have been de-liveried, such as UPS, BT etc. You can still see the company name on the side, clearly evident by the shiny gloss paint that the graphics covered. 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded |
