First learn here is " forgiveness is easier to get than permission"

When my wife suggested that i might wait until later in life for my Aston i simply replied that I might be dead by then. That did it and a rather large purchase for my wife's hand. I loved her a little bit more from that point!

You could share the issue you face with the dealer and see if you can get a weekend loan to whisk your special one away for a long weekend. Valentines is not too far and appetite for test drives should have subsided.


On the other hand your wife could be correct and you sir are a car tart of the highest order! Bow down
