fwiw imhe they are useless, always going wrong and they are only a tiny amount of any real use on a single track narrow road when you are absolutely booting it.

How on earth did we manage without such gizmo gimmicks in the past I would rather they had spent the money on fitting better quality thicker carpets, carpet and rubber mats as standard (as they used to on the classics) and other more useful luxuries such as better quality wood - again like the old Classics, the dash rails in the SE's and LSE's was proper decent REAL wood that looked commensurate with a vehicle of this quality - not the crap fake wood we get given now on a vehicle that sells for over £60k.

I agree with you those lights are just gimmicks, TBH, the vogue has too much gismos(more to go wrong IMO)

If I could find a HSE with nav, I'd have bought it instead of Vogue

I'll just assume you were having a crazy talk moment when you said that....

the seats in the HSE are rubbish compared to the Vogue.

I found the Adaptive headlights useful in my Sport when turning into a parking space at night, but that was the only time. Discovery 4 HSE

Hi thanks I'm considering side steps, that's all. What upgrades or changes do you have in mind?

First off and really cheap is a full size RR rear number plate - yours looks a little skinny at the rear which is great on a lady but not so much on the ffrr. My local dealer do them for about £15 for the rear if i recall. Otherwise the small one makes Car look like it came from an independent and not main dealer which i know is anal but just my view!

Also could go for the Supercharged Side Vents and Front grill but that is a personal choice.

If you go for the side steps you will have to replace your existing front mud flaps.

You might also like to lightly tint windows but go privacy not drug dealer.

None of the above are needed (except rear plate ) but just down to personal choice

Thanks, I didn't realized that there are two number plates sizes, do you have any pics? I'm about to put on my private plate, so its good time to ask for a proper plate...

Hi Kin, I havn't worked out how to load pics but happy to show you my "rear end" as to speak which shows a full size plate. I only changed mine when i put my private plate on as my previous one was a skinny. I personally prefer one without any of the GB / Euro logos or borders that you buy at aftermarket plate shops. A simple plain yellow is cleaner

If you buy geniune OE Side steps the front mudflaps come with it or you could buy the tubes which are an easier fit and keep your existing flaps. Be warned though that main dealer prices on steps is HIGH.
