BBC1 "Hunted" - Range rover changed generation !

Watching "Hunted" last night, the baddy, who has been driving around in an '05 FFRR was nearly killed when a bomb was set off under his FFRR.

However, just after the explosion, his lovely Java black FFRR turned into a P38A.

The FFRR - possibly on the cusp of facelift

The FFRR just before it blows up (yes, it has become a P38a). Tried to fool us by out of focus background shot Smile

Boom!

I bet the explosion open a time rift, causing the L322 to become a P38. Sounds like some Dr. Who got into Hunted Smile MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!

What's OddJob's hat doing flying out if that P38? They want to be careful with that. It could hurt someone... Si. <This is my name.

Spotted that too

I think my other half was disappointed I had noticed and even more so that I bothered to mention it to her, the faux pas didn't seem to matter much to her. Apparently I am 'sad'...

...I may be able to see her point ...

But then again she regularly comments that so and so's hair has changed slightly I between shots, or they're wearing their dress differently...

I am not sure who is worse.

Not the only Range Rover mistake.

In the film 'Essex Boys', based on the real life Rettendon murders, they used a P38, but they should've used a classic for authenticity.

...too horible.

Maybe only P38's deserve to be blown up/shot up?

This is a screen shot from 633 squadron, which was set during the second world war, which finished in 1945. Space/time continuum again

For those that don't know, 633 Squadron, a fictional account (story written in 1956) was made in 1964.

Land Rover production started in 1948.

WWII ended 1945 in Europe. .

I've been reading my owners manual this evening, it tells of a switch below the dash that the driver can press in the event of bomb attack, to prevent the L322 being damaged it does time/dimension shift thing and converts vehicle to P38A.

There is also a sensor for people from Derby to alert them to use the switch by looking for it first Laughing .
