Easy to sell used cars ?

Looking for a car for Mrs to use over the winter months. Only looking to spend round 1 - 3k

Not really bothered what it is, but would like something that's very easy to sell again, don't want to be stuck with it. What flies of the shelf nowadays Confused

Fiesta, Clio, golf... There are so many to choose. But if it's clean and cheap to insure it will obviously be easier to get rid of. Maybe invest in some good tyres for the winter as well. Previously..

Why do you want to have a winter car, is there no summer car or is the summer car too "nice" to use in winter ?? MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!

Would go for a low mileage Golf Diesel automatic. They are pretty much bullet proof and not a bad drive. There are a few on Autotrader. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!

Not sure, it protects the engine and is also popular with older people who are more likely to buy these type of cars and less likely to have been owned by a young "Hamilton wannabe" so they should last a bit longer Smile MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!

England 2014 Range Rover Vogue SE SDV8 Loire Blue

Had a 2003 renault megane (the one with the big butt) off my dad a couple of years ago. Was a 1.5dci, did almost 50mpg cost £30 per year to tax and had all the bits( keyless entry/start climate computer sunroof etc) big boot, and comfy
when i advertised it for sale (£1500)i expected to be stuck a while with it but i could have sold it 20 times over and for half as much again Rolling Eyes

wouldnt personally have chose it, but i have never had such an easy time selling a car Thumbs Up Paul

I'd just get something cheap in the lower bracket around £500 to be honest. With winter it can be hard to sell cars as people save for Xmas then reel in after it as well. The less the spend the smaller the loss risk as well. An if it comes to the worst and something goes pop, well it can be weighed in cant it Smile FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's
