I was in my car when the MOT Tester tested my brakes. He didn't step on them fully, just got a feel and knew there were fine.

Very particular where I leave my car, after one of my M5's went to have a CD Player fitted and it took about 90mins. I was not aware the workshop was at a different place to the shop. The chap came back in said "That things F...ing awesome". He was not aware I was sat behine the door.

I only found out this year that my local main dealer, Stratstones in Cupar, do not carry out the MOT's themselves. They get another company from the other side of town to collect the car, drive it to their mot station then drive it back again. 4 cars and umpteen mot's and they never said. I just dropped the car of with them in the morning. I was not happy when I found out. Nothing ever happened, I just did not like the thought of strangers driving my car around town. Previously..
