Apparently brand new.

There are sometimes items where the packaging and so on gets damaged but if its dud its easily testable with a few volts across it to get the motor going i reckon.

At 50 GBP I wouldn't mind getting it (just in case mine is on its last legs) but can't use bloody ebay from here ;( MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!

Well Eugene its now yours for £50 + P&P so that should be a right old bargain! I know the TD6 ones are circa £300 so thats a monumental saving for you

Could even stick it in the otherside of the saddle tank ready to go and just extend the fuel pipes and connections upto the new unit FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

Thanks Will, really appreciate your help here.

Pump is 335 Euro ex. VAT from the dealer in Holland, so yes a pretty good bargain, especially since I have the new in tank filter here already (that does not appear to be on the unit on Ebay) so perfect fit MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
