No sorry.
Tracker's rules/contract state that it is left with the vehicle, but they will sell you another at a discounted price.

Why do you want a tracker? Would you really want the car back is it had been stolen? I know I wouldn't. [img]http://www.fuelly.com/driver/rob2529/range-rover[img/]

It probably depends on the system itself, I had the LR approved tracker taken out of my previous FF and fitted into my current one.

Try calling the manufacturer & ask Thumbs Up

It's the big red box in the back that has "TRACKER - Do not touch" written on it. Whistle

Cheap tracker - old iPhone, PAYG sim, hidden in the back somewhere and wired to charge when the engine's on... You can see where the car is using Friend Finder or Where'sMyiPhone apps...

Downside?

"downside?"

1) You get your car back after it's stolen
2) Not an official tracker - don't save on insurance
3) You have to top-up by ~£10/month to keep the data connection
4) You can get cheaper android devices
