Isn't he one of that group who still claim the Magna Carta overrides statutes? There was a piece about this lot in Gloucestershire news a while back, over council tax if memory serves.

He's mentally ill, yes? I thought the cops were brilliant with him. What patience they showed. I think it's ironic that people like that want to opt out of our laws, but try to use our laws to defend themselves. I wonder what his defence would be if he crashed into someone? Probably that they were impeding his god given right to drive without using brakes if he did not want to use brakes. I would love to see him in court. Previously..
