There may be some folk out there who have remembered the saga of my TD6 engine which has all sorts of issues following a dose (or doses) of diesel fuel that was blended with animal/vegetable oil plus it had 22 times the allowable limit of moisture.

When my TD6 suffered juddering issues it was tracked down to a faulty low pressure fuel pump, the one that is external to the tank mounted on the chassis.

From Uteman: 3rd October 2012: I checked with Land Rover and there have only been software updates for later models but thanks for the suggestion. |
