As usual I had excellent service last week, went in for 2nd service also some warranty work, while it was in an update for battery software had arrived so had that done at the same time.
I must comment that David, again provided me with an overall pleasant experience and I would have no hesitation recommending them to anybody.
On another note I found that the problem with the remote for the FBH is due to the side contact being loose and hopefully will be resolved when the new one arrives.
